The challenges for me: I currently drink up to 128 oz of h20 aday. I thought water was good for me. I never realized how much sodium there is in food even ground sirloin has 75 mg/? much. Vinegar has none. I found a new catsup that has 0 and no salt Yay!!! Can you imagine how long it takes to shop? You have to read every label ie. Rye seeded bread has 110 mg sodiuim per slice No more tomato sandwiches. Even wraps and flatbread have sodium. Doesn't sound like much but remember it is only 2000 mg per day and it does add up fast. Lettuce has sodium. Anyway I came to the conclusion that it should not take long to lose weight as you can't put much into your body. Live off the fat will surely be my new Motto
